About Landair Transport, LLC
Landair Transport is described by drivers as a decent and great company to work for, with many satisfied employees. Reviews highlight that it is a good place for both entry-level and experienced drivers, with several drivers returning to the company. The people are noted as very nice, professional, and helpful, with specific praise for knowledgeable instructors and trainers who focus on safety. Management, including fleet managers and dispatch, is reported to be responsive, fair, upfront, and straightforward in resolving issues. Drivers appreciate the decent home time as promised and note no real pay issues. The trucks and trailers are maintained well. While over-the-road driving can sometimes delay getting home, this is seen as standard for the industry and not personal. Some mention a lack of a northern terminal as a con, and that orientation could better separate training for new and experienced drivers. Overall, drivers feel taken care of like an employee and not a number, recommending Landair as a company drivers would not regret working for.
