Always have what I need when working on my house. Prices aren't too bad for most stuff if you are a do it your self person. Staff is helpful when needed.

Went in to Lowe’s last Friday just for a quick get something visit. 7/12/24 around 8pm ish.
There was a lady working the registers on the contractors side. I think her name was Karen.
Anyway, nicest lady ever. She did not make u feel like u were a burden for just being there.
Matter of fact , others must have felt her vibe because folk were chatting her up.
If ur name was not Karen, so sorry. But just research the date and see who was working.
Thank u, I love being around nice people.

I came in for a flower for my brothers girlfriend today. Spencer was 10/10 customer service. Helped me from start to finish in a professional way. Can’t say enough good.

I normally go to the Jonesborough store but stopped in Greeneville because I was right there so it was convenient. Never again! The cashier, Marta was more interested in texting than doing her job. I waited several minutes while she was texting and asked if I needed to go to a different register. She rang up my items and acted like it was a bother to plug in my phone number for My Lowe’s. Then apparently I was taking to fast when I told her my phone number. Instead of politely asking me to speak slower, she looked at me with a very hateful look and said “I’m not super woman”. She did not smile one time or apologize for making me wait. As I was walking away I heard her say something to the next customer about me. How unprofessional!!! This is not the first time I have been disappointed with the customer service at this store.
The staff here could definitely take lessons from the Jonesborough team. When I go to that store I am greeted with a smile and treated like my business matters.

I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with your company's service and lack of attention to detail and logistics. I've been waiting for my flooring to be installed and have my wife and infants staying in my living room and moved all my things in expectancy of my scheduled install date.
Then the installer tells me he can't install my flooring because the people who delivered it had left it in my garage. No one from any of these 3 companies involved (Lowes, Delivery company, service Pros NC,) managed to tell me that my laminate flooring needed to be near the install rooms. And it was left in my garage by the lowes Delivery company.
Now I'm being told will need to reschedule and can take another week! This is a major inconvenience for my family. And if I would have known this level of incompetence and lack of communication was acceptable I would have went somewhere else.
*update after waiting for lowes to reschedule movers to move my flooring I the house and rescheduling another third party installer to come out. He came today and did a terrible Job. He left of mess of sawdust and splinters all over my flooring as well as on my windows seal of my porch. He didn't have the decency and professionalism to clean up after himself. He said he was trying to hurry up for his other Job.
When I paid Lowes thousands of dollars I expected a high quality customer service insteadI got a half hearted rushed lazy, inconsiderate job.
Also the quarter round he installed above my flooring was left looking unfinished with giant holes from his nail gun all along my walls.
He did a poor job and was just concerned with getting to his next Job and Complained to me about living 40 Mims away.
Also he didn't use the backer rod that Lowes told me I needed.
When it came time to install my flooring transitions he told be I didn't have them in my materials. another mishap on lowes by not sending me my proper materials needed to complete the install.
He then told me he didn't have time to go get the transition from lowes whoch is only 10 mins from my house.
After I called lowes myself amd spoke to the IST team he then changed his mind and went and got them and installed them and looked upset. Then he hurried off leaving sawdust everywhere.
I will not be using their services again.
Completely unprecedented lack of professionalism.

This is one of my mom's favorite stores. She buys something every time we come in here. We literally have to avoid the plant area if we're trying to just go in and grab what we need and leave. ? So far, the staff has always been kind and helpful. No bad visits, and my mom has lived in the area going on 6 years. (Me going on a year).
