I’m so glad I seen the post from milo about this amber woman because I have had so many bad experiences with her myself. Every time I go in there she is either on the phone or playing lottery tickets on the clock. I mean EVERY time. Which hasn’t bothered me too much because I’m used to people being lazy and rude these days and breaking rules on the clock but a while back was my last straw when my grandmother was about to pass out from her blood sugar being so low I was having a medical emergency and pulled in to buy some candy because I didn’t have her medicine on me. I waited almost twenty minutes while she scratched and scanned lottery tickets in her own world like nothing else was important. I thought my grandmother was going die that night. She definitely should not work customer service at any job anywhere. It’s clear she is only there to make money to support her habit. I’ll never go to this marathon again and now I see there are others experiencing the same problem I encourage you to please reach out to me and anyone else who has felt like I had to feel thinking about my ill grandmother in the car while I watch her gambling helpless to help and scared she will be dead. This is very serious to me and I’ll be filling my complaint with corporate. I remember the date and time so it will be easy to see her gambling on the clock and neglecting customers. I know a FEW people who watch her buy tickets while working the register.! I don’t want money because my grandmother recovered thank god but action needs to be taken.! Sorry this was so long but I figured others need to know this.

I would give it no stars if it let me. The place is nice but the heavy set blond lady with the glasses is the most rude worker I have ever encountered in my life. I believe her name is amber from what I heard from someone talking to her. The other night She acted like she didn’t want to ring me up when I tried to politely pay for my items. She was too busy talking on the phone which she probably wasn’t allowed to be on while on the clock. Then the language she was using in front of my six year old girl was horrific. She was rude to me and I will never return there because of her and strongly recommend nobody else does either. This employee is an embarrassment to the representation of marathon.!

Just stopped for gas...love the new pumps... haven't gone inside.. Congratulations on this much better store and location.

Always 3 cars with no one in them at the pump. Always one car still running when pumping gas. Who does this?

Worst gas station ever, every time I stop to get gas at pump #4 road side something is wrong i.e. won't read card or something is locked up. Also pumps are so old can't even see the print out at top of pump. I think owner of this store is doing a great disservice to his customers as well as his great associates. Will not shop this store again until he can upgrade pumps. I know who owns this store.

Nearby to my house and over crowded is so ridiculous spot to get parking or gas. Too small shop no need pump system. No room for parking
