Millennium Computers is as good as you can get in Greeneville. I have loved everything they have done for me, they have built a couple computers for me, taken care of any issues that I may have, and always welcome me back if I ever need help. They are great with sticking to their word, they give you a time and price, and they stick to it. My most recent build was by far my craziest purchase when it comes to computers, and there is no one else I would trust to do it, even myself. They are extremely easy to work with and their pricing is amazing, if there is anything you need done, do yourself a favor, and give your business to Millennium. I appreciate everything they have done for me, and they will not disappoint. The photos attached is my latest build from Millennium, it is nothing short of amazing.

The door, website, and the employee on the phone, claim that the place closes at 5 pm. I even spoke to one on the phone and told them that I would be at the computer repair place about 4:35. However, once I arrived the door was locked and no one there.
How disrespectful to close that early when I had been expecting to meet someone there. Highly unprofessional and will never try their business again. I have also recommended to everyone on Facebook and X to never go there and just make the trip to JC or Morristown instead.

You can count on CHARLES, KYLE, AND JARED to help you when you visit the store:) They are down-to-earth and will do their best to solve any type of computer issue. They also do NOT overcharge for their services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Charlie and Kyle provided exemplary repair service on my computer they determined needed a new CMOS battery. And they did NOT charge anything as they stated it was a minor repair. Service like this is few and far between nowadays, and so very welcome!

Charles was very prudent and honest, helped fix my Alienware after several of its drivers became either corrupted or missing after a battery install gone wrong. Fast, and I was very happy with my service, great customer care and good service that didn't cost me an arm and a leg. 10/10 would not take my computer anywhere else in Greeneville than here.

These guys are amazing. Kyle and Charles(spelling, never really asked if I was hearing his name right lmao) are super friendly, have helped me with multiple products and are BY FAR the BEST computer guys in East Tennessee IMO! Much better than computer pros(??). Idk what anyone else considers "cheap" or "pricey" but the quality of work they do here at Millennium Computers" is absolutely worth every penny. They're very knowledgeable and very prompt on any and all issues. If they don't have the parts, they'll get them. Even tho I live 40+ minutes away and could probably do the work myself, I take my rig to them every time in order to support their business and make sure it's done 100% properly as I trust them way more than I trust myself. Highly recommend. If I could double the rating stars I would.
