The most comfortable outdoor patio furniture I have ever sat on in my life!!! We are thrilled with the set we purchased: siesta outdoors sofa, rocker and lounge. We chose custom finish and fabric and was delivered in 6-8 weeks as promised. The crew there is so patient and helpful with placing our order. When the pieces came in, they stayed after 5 to let us pick them up, "so you can enjoy them tonight," James said. The service is top notch and I'm just so impressed with the set. Best money we've ever spent.

Incredible furniture, custom made by Amish craftsmen in America. Priced at better prices than much of the large furniture stores and their foreign made product. We have ordered the majority of our homes furnishings from Mountain View and are very pleased with the product and the staff

We visited this store last week-end. The furniture is solid and well made. My husband and I will be back to purchase a dining room table and chairs. If you need outdoor furniture that will last for years, this is the place!!!

Purchased a beautiful quarter sawn oak dining room set for just a few hundred dollars more than at Grand, but the quality of the furniture is 2x or 3x better than the chain store product. Worked with Phillip, who offered no pressure and let the quality do the selling. Recommended.

We found this store online because we wanted a better quality of furniture than what was offered in the general area. We traveled the area and ended up purchasing most of the furniture we needed for our new home at a store in Johnson City. We then discovered Mountain View and bought the remaining pieces from them. After our first delivery from the store in Johnson City, there were issues with damage, pieces not arriving, etc. After calling them we decided to cancel the remaining items on our order and buy the rest of what we needed from Mountain View. We love the quality, the pricing is not bad for what you get (Again, the quality is much better than the usual chain stores and others in this area). The customer service is second to none, Eric was very helpful, no pressure, and just a very nice person. Also, at this time, getting furniture delivered can take months, Mountain view was able to deliver the same week as the purchase was made, and even the same day on a few items! We now have purchased all the furniture we need for our home but will most likely be returning for some outdoor furniture soon. We currently have a few pieces of very nice outdoor furniture but we like many of the things Mountain View has on display outside the store.
