Napa has always been my third choice for auto parts throughout the years, that is up until yesterday. The others couldn't get my parts in til tomorrow. So I checked Napa out. A worker by the name of Kenny went far above and beyond his call to see to it I was totally satisfied with everything I had gotten. It was quite possibly the most perfect visit I could have asked for. Thanks Kenny! And thanks Napa!

Very helpful and friendly people. Impressed with there knowledge. Didn't have what I needed at the time but gave me the part number and was able to find elsewhere. Weren't concerned with making a sale just to get me going ASAP. Great place will be back again.

The alternator was going out on out on our Jeep but luckily we made it to Napa. The guys there were so helpful and although the alternator was smoking and ready to actually start a fire, Derek and Phil helped us to remove the old one and replace it with a new one. They went above and beyond what was required of them and we wouldn’t have made it home without them. I can’t say enough positive things about this lot and these guys.
