The bathing experience is super bad. There is no one in the bathroom, but no one cleans it. I’m the next one, it doesn‘t show ready after waiting for 3 hours.

08/10/2025 01:35 am , I can’t express how frustrating it is to arrive here after driving so many hours and receive such poor customer service. To start, the showers do not follow the order shown in the app. When trying to speak to someone at the counter, they are rude, as if the issue were the customer’s fault. The place is messy and dirty, specially the restrooms Terrible experience.
truckers: avoid this Pilot/Flying J and stop at any other location.

It is a bit of a wait for a shower in the morning. It's only got 30 parking spots. Buuut Mrs. Kathy, Granny, and Mrs. Karen make this place feel like home.

90% of the pumps aren't working and people are just playing musical pumps because none of them are marked as down. Apparently, this place also doesn't accept Huntington Bank because I went to 3 different pumps trying to get my Huntington card to work even checked my balance on my app and there's money in the account but all pumps say see cashier like there's no money. I put a card for a different bank in the pump and it works just fine. Overall terrible experience without even stepping inside this place.

I’m a truck driver! The custodian knocked on my truck like she was the police! Woke me up at 1am! Telling me there’s a policy that the windows have to be cracked if you have a pet! My truck has optimized idle and there’s NOTHING wrong with my cat! He sits on my dash at night looking out the window! I go in to speak to the manager! He asked me do I want the help number and he’ll talk to her in other words he doesn’t give a crap!! Meanwhile I have to drive tired all day now!!! So if you have a cat that likes to sit on the dash BEWARE!

This is the worse pilot I have ever been to. No one including the manager had a clue as to what they were doing. Eli made a mistake with my transaction and then wanted me to use the ATM and cost me extra fees to pay with cash. Never will I use pilot again. Period
