Dropped off my driveshaft to have new u-joints installed. Didn't have an appointment because it's about a ten minute job. The lady at the desk said they are busy and they would try to squeeze me in but it might be a day or two. I'm in day two. Will update. Be aware they they are known to be slow and keep vehicles for weeks. Don't go in expecting to get anything done in a day or two. Week or weeks is more accurate. Dropped it off Wednesday, they called Friday, 11:00 or so that it was done. They got a six week wait for taking on work. I'll take my car back for work that doesn't have to be done quickly or in a short time. Bobby and Becca are nice folks. Bobby is a talker like me and will visit with you until Becca shoo's him back into the shop. Sorry, Bobby.

I stopped in to see if I could get an appt to have my new AC condenser charged & Bobby got me in really soon. Bobby is a very pleasant & knowledgeable person. I will update after my appt.

These people are great, never had a problem with getting my vehicle repaired, any time I've had a problem with the repair they have fixed it under warranty and never asked to be compasated for their time. I took my 2008 jeep Cherokee to S&S Auto told them what I needed fixed met with them they said they could do it a week later they called me tell me my car is done and charged me $2,500 not a week later it's making the same noise so I took it back and I took it back six more times every time them telling me that they fixed it I have taken my vehicle back to these people they have lied every time told me that it was fixed and it wasn't after the 6th time of taking it back I decided that it was no sense in being there and I took it somewhere else and found out that they had never put the parts in it they had never fixed it they had lied the whole time this is not a good business they lied to people and take your money for doing absolutely nothing and they overcharged you for the parts they say they put on your vehicle triple the amount that they cost and charge you $100 an hour for labor that they never do then they won't answer their phones or return a phone call because they know they did wrong and don't want to refund your money they have a lot of people fooled but if you've had work I suggest you take it somewhere else and have them make sureServices: General repairs & maintenance
