Was able to call and get a unit within minutes of being on the phone. Me and my husband spoke with Brittany and she was great.
The only cons about this place is they wait to tell you about the insurance after they tell you the price for the unit. I think $55 a month is crazy for a storage unit the size of a porta potty. But over All clean and staff was nice. Only giving it a 3 because of the price

Affordable Storage Guys are a great place if you need a rental especially in a hurry!!! They are very nice and understanding especially if you have any issues..The staff are very friendly and helpful and will work with you as much as they can but they have been very helpful in my situation so I couldn't ask for a better place with that..If your looking for an Affordable Storage unit I would greatly suggest these guys!!!!

I have been renting a storage unit from affordable storage on Rose Lane in Greeneville Tennessee from 2021 they have been the nicest and most helpful people I ever had to deal with I am a 69 year old woman not used to renting a unit but they were so helpful and very accommodating to help me out they made everything so easy for me and every time I paid my rent they always asked me if there was anything more they could help me with I would recommend to everyone who needs to rent a storage unit to notify Affordable Storage Guys they are the best and they have storage units in different areas besides Greeneville they have in Morristown also so please give them a call if you need one and a big thank you to all of you at affordable storage here's a picture of my unit just to give you all and idea of them and they also have climate control units

The gate is a Little tight for anything bigger then a 15 foot U-Haul but other then that it's great

Brandy made everything very easy for me to move out once I had everything in order and did it all in 1 day quick and easy. Would rent here again and use her!!!!!

This place is wonderful !
They’ve got such a nice lady Ms.Brandy in the office who goes beyond the call of duty to ensure her customers are taken care of, and satisfied. She’s a sweet lady, and a great representation of the storage company.
This is no doubt, a good place to do business with when needing to get your storage needs handled!
