Arrived 2 hours after my appointment but then was fully loaded And ready to go within 30 minutes plenty of room to maneuver around, port a potty for the drivers to use.These are heavy loads average 44.000 and above.

Was due to pick up at 6 pm but they went ahead & loaded me at 8am. They do have some overnight parking on the other side of the building but not many spots
