My Unit was the BEST..clean, no smells, no bugs, great lighting, and music playing, open 24 hours every day, when help was necessary and needed for me, I made a phone call and assistance was available..RECOMEND VERY HIGHLY..

When I retrieved my items from my storage unit, and opened the boxes everything was perfectly clean. No bugs or critters of any kind! My unit door had an issue, and they responded quickly to get it resolved. The staff is super sweet too!!

Greeneville Stowaway is fabulous. I have moved all over the country and used several different storage companies. Stowaway is by far the best. Not only are the facilities immaculate, but the staff is friendly, professional, informative and efficient. I called today to inform them of my move out from the day before and they already had me checked out and my deposit was refunded. Hats off to Stowaway.

Stowaway Self Storage has absolutely the best customer service and nicest storage facilities you will find anywhere. If you are in need of self storage in East TN give them a call. Barbara and Marty will go out of their way to assist you and accommodate your storage needs. I recently used Stowaway In Greeneville TN and it is the nicest and cleanest facility to be found. Great company and even greater people to deal with!

They have really nice, new climate controlled storage units that are heated and cooled. They have security cameras and it is well lit so you always feel safe at night. It is located across from the movie theaters and Ford dealership on 11-E, so it's really convenient.
