Leased a metal pod for about a year for a move and had it packed with furniture, boxes, etc. The unit leaked in the middle and when we went to move the stuff out, there was mold everywhere. I do not recommend metal pods unless it is a reliable company. We spent thousands replacing everything. You're better served renting a climate controlled unit. You'll save a ton of money.

This has got to be the most unprofessional company in the leasing business. We leased a container for a year for one of our job sites. When in came time to pick it up, their driver took off in a hurry and drove through the neighbors fence. After countless calls and emails we decided to fix the fence ourselves rather than hurt our own reputation. We then sent an invoice for the repairs and have yet to receive a call back let alone a payment. This company is clearly mismanaged and uninterested in taking the responsibility for their mistakes. I would highly recommend leasing from another company.

This company made a commitment to deliver a unit to my house for an insurance job. I was told it would come on a particular day BEFORE LUNCH. After rearranging my schedule to be home in order to show the delivery person where to place the unit, no one showed up. At 4:30 p.m. on the day of delivery, because no one had bothered to contact me or my contractor, I gave up and called the office. I was told the delivery man had "decided not to deliver mine that day." He took someone else their unit and decided not to bring mine. Is that how we operate a business now? We just "decide not to come"? What if we all did that? What would happen if we all just up and decided not to do our job? Not a good way to operate your business if you ask me! Then, a representative from the company told me he would see if he could get it taken care of and get it delivered that day, and that he would call me back. Not only did I not receive the unit that day, but I never heard back from him, and he avoided my phone calls for the rest of the day. He also wouldn't return my request to let me know when the unit WOULD be delivered, so that I could rearrange my schedule AGAIN. This is not a company I ever want to have to depend on again!
