Unfortunately, I or my family will no longer be doing business with TSC in Greeneville or any other TSC. Their woke agenda held by their CEO. I have better use for my money. This is in no way a reflection on the staff at the store. Go woke/ go broke.

Hello you all I usaly dnt write reviews but I thought this one purchase I made buying the toro 54' inch cutting zero turn.is probably one of the best investments I made it's a awesome mower the delivery guy was awesome friendly knowing about the mowe.any ways if your on the fence about buying one just do it.there a awesome mower I know there is a few reviews written up how un happy they are with there's that was probably a misfortune one they got delivered to them toro has been around for over 75 years pluse they put the kawasaki engine on them there hands down the best Engine..pluse 3.9% interst rate on the tractor supply card is awesome deal.ok thanks for reading hope this helps

The 3 times I was their recently I couldn't find any help, so I go to register and ask questions about what I needed but they didn't act like they wanted to help me. I ordered what I needed from Amazon after these wasted trips.

Jamie, the cashier, is amazing! Super friendly, and super sweet to my dog! However, I have a few things to say about the dog washing station here. This is now my third time at this location. The first time I thought it was a fluke. But the second time was even worse. There was absolutely no soap left, just empty containers. They had run out of towels. And then the sinks were so clogged with hair, they did not drain. My dog was sitting in 3 inches of soapy water! After that visit, I swore I would never come back. It’s been a few months, and the other dog washing station near me has been closed. Today was much better. They had towels, the sink drained, and the room was actually really clean! However, there were still two empty soap dispensers. The only one that had soap left was the degreaser shampoo. So, although I am happy with the improvements, I now need to make sure I have soap in my car just in case. That is disappointing.

I have always shopped at Tractor Supply and have always been pleased with the store and service but today was a totally different experience I have always love the quality of Ariat boots they have been the best boots I have ever worn my wife, came into the new Greeneville store to exchange some boots she had purchased in the Newport store because the one's she purchased were a size 7 and just a little too tight around the toes So she found 7.5 size in the same boot she had brought in just wanted to exchange She had bought two pair in the Newport store fat baby boots 7.5 and RGC 6 in work boots 7.5 they did not work well so she exchanged them for women's canyon dark copper ariat boots in size 7 the problem being these were great fit but a tad tight around toes so wanted to exchange for the 7.5 size would been a simple exchange but the manager named Miranda very rudely stated that she had already exchanged these boots before and would not help her and was extremely rude she tried to explain what happened and all she would say that she already exchanged these boots if you look carefully at the receipt this was not the same boots as manager was saying she already return needless to say she had to leave the store once again without correct size She will go to the Newport Store and get it worked out but will never again go to Greeneville Store!!! It is very sad to have such rude employees that will not help customers out I will certainly advise others about this store Very Disappointed!!!!

I went into the Greenville TN store today and was greeted by an employee Ally. I wanted to switch brands from a different feed store for all my animals but I didn’t know exactly what I needed. I told her my problems in the past and she showed me every brand knew exactly what which ones I needed to keep my animals healthy. I also needed some other items in the store as well, she brought me right to the things I needed and she was very polite and knowledgeable about all products in your store. Keep up the good work Tractor Supply in hiring people who really care about the store and your products. It makes shopping there so much easier than other stores.

I've generally had good luck at this Tractor Supply, but went in today to purchase a pressure washer they'd advertised to me in a directed email for their Labor Day sale... turns out, they didn't actually *have* any of them, they were just marketing up stuff they didn't have around to sell. And of course, no rain checks on sale prices.Left a really bad taste in my mouth, the sale is supposed to be three days, and I was in less than six hours after it started... and they're already out of stock? No, that's just scum marketing. Because *sure* they had another model available... just it wasn't on sale.
