I use this PO almost every day, as I am an ebay Seller, and I have dealt with every single CS person at some point, and each one has always been very pleasant and helpful. Been coming here daily for about 2 years now, never had a bad experience.

I want to say that Lindsay the Mail Clerk At the front desk does an amazing job when I come in and she waits on me.
She is very professional and helpful in answering questions when asked.
Also the other clerks they also do an amazing job when I come into the Post Office.

The brilliant people working here decided to shove my sheet music in the mailbox bending it in half. IF IT DOESN'T FIT IN THE MAILBOX PUT IT ON THE PORCH IT'S NOT THAT HARD-GET IT RIGHT. I'M NOT THE ONLY REVIEW WITH A BENT BOOK.

For the 3rd TIME in 2 months, I've tracked a package that came to this post office, then was loaded on another truck to be sent to some other post office instead of being delivered ! THREE TIMES in TWO MONTHS. This is pure LAZINESS to do the job that they get PAID WELL FOR !

I used to never have issues with getting mail here in town. Now that I've moved back in, I seem to never get anything on time. I'll get the notification in my Informed Delivery that something is supposed to arrive that day, but the mail/package won't arrive for days or even a week. Just today I was supposed to recieve a package and it says it's been delivered, but it's no where to be found. This isn't the first time this has happened and I live literally right off Main Street!

Absolutely the worst automated call center!! My package was delivered to the wrong address, and this isn’t the first time, and it is like trying to pull teeth to even put in to have it investigated!
