It’s a Walmart always buisy and crowded would be nicer if they had went back to 24 hours open would cut the traffic down and maybe the employees could stock at night so isles aren’t so crowded keeping things stocked always would really be nice

They have almost all the regular lines closed, and they have most of the self check outs closed. You have to wait in line forever. They need to have more cashiers open. If they are going to have self check outs then they need to have more than 3 open, too.

I’ve been camping at Windy Rivers Campground for 4 years and to hear one bad review over the owner has blown me away . Keith is a very helpful kind man. I just find it very hard to believe that the bad review is talking about the same man that owns this campground. Come see for yourself because that sound’s ridiculous .

Can’t answer a phone, let alone have any service open on time other than the doors being open at the posted time.

My opinion seems to be throughout every Walmart supercenter that I go to. I personally rather have self-checkout as the people working the registers are usually sneezing, coughing and rubbing their noses. I have asked a few of these sick register cashiers why they are working the registers and they are told if they don't they will lose their job. I also never have an issue with things being packed and smashing of groceries. Walmart since covid has definitely raised their prices on many items and their shelf prices do not always match the price at the register. Once upon a time they would give you that price and then they'd go fix the price on the shelf. Today they will not, they tell you it is what it is, if you don't want it don't take it. But my largest complaint about Walmart is the customer service and the friendliness of employees. There have been a few lovely people in the Walmarts that I have gone to. But basically most of them have a sour face and never put a smile on it. There is never anyone to help you in the department and everyone is just filling in for someone else. I have knee issues and I have to use the electric wheelchair because the store is so big. There are boxes and carts everywhere in the way and all of the racks are pushed so close together it is impossible to get around. I have many stories but one that comes to mind is not being able to reach something on a high shelf in the store and asking an employee. He turned around looked at me and said sucks to be you and walked away. Also, I had a confrontation once with the door greeter because I told him that there were no electric wheelchairs but they were all in the parking lot. His comment was if you people would learn how to bring your carts back when you were done with them then there would be no problem having the carts in the store. I looked at him dumbfounded and reported him to the management. Management said so sorry but he has a point. People with disabilities are not thought about, cared about or even an afterthought in the state of Tennessee. Unfortunately, where I live there are not a lot of choices for shopping.

Walmart products are cheap. And I won't eat any food from Walmart. Who knows where they ship their food in from. We are buying American. I know it's cheaper at Walmart, but you get what you pay for.

They are constantly out of everything and there's only a few check outs open and the waiting time in line is ridiculous

The majority of the employees are friendly. The majority of the time everything is in stock. It's my local Walmart and I feel they do a good job.

I've always been a huge fan of Walmart. I appreciate the prices and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend more check out stations with associates, but otherwise, I will continue to be a fan!!

Some staff was a bit rude to me. Couldn't find what I was looking for and couldn't get help locating it. Its the only Wal-Mart in Greeneville so there's not much alternatives.
