I love 45 minutes away, and the stylist canceled 10 minutes from the appointment time when I was nearly there. The stylist told me she was sick, but a mutual acquaintance told me they were on their way to her house to visit. The last appointment, she asked the same day if she could reschedule an hour later. Tough for someone with a small child and working full time. She does hair well, but I will not be back because of the last minute cancellations and time changes.
