They are ok on service there is spike ranges which i can see thst when u use more but there be days where I do nothing different and it be way higher than day before so I'm not sure really. But service is ok I guess

If you have a kid or relative on oxygen they obviously don't care to cut your electricity off than still make you pay $25 dollars for a reconnect fee if I would have known I was neg 7 bucks I would have took care of it but didn't get no text or message of anything wished there was someone else to get electricity from besides the greedy sob's

Yall are really ripping people off jacking their daily/monthly bill up. Yall are really saying folks are using $30+ a day and most have gas heat and isn't doing anything differently then they usually do. These people normally use like $8 a day. You do realize that some know how to read a meter and realize that it's no different than their daily use. I hope yall get brought to court on fraud and theft.

I was dealing with the electric office and they are so rude and saying that I'm not allowed to use my card to pay my bill but then says that I have 4 nsf checks when it was 2 cause they took a week to pull from my accountI tried talking to them and they said bring cash or my electric will be cut off and I told them that I have 3 kids

My electric bill goes from $5 and $6 to 11 in the same week the same thing running everyday and I work 2 jobs I think there over charging people the guys that work on stuff are nice but the people in the office need to work on their people skills they don't care how they treat people I'm gonna talk to the Attorney General about why the bills are so high and change everyday when the same thing is going every day

Has been 8 days since I left a voice-mail with the gentleman who supervises the tree cutting service they subcontract to trim around Power lines. They trimmed on a property I am purchasing and because it looked abandoned at the time they left an absolute mess. Limbs everywhere. Plus the driveway has a gate in front with a no trespassing sign on it with a phone number to call if access is needed. Rather than call they pulled one of the gate posts out of the ground and lost the top cap to the pole and when they put it back just stuck it in the ground. Had to go out there and recement the pole into the ground and realign the gate. Such disrespectful behavior.

The amount of money that Forked Deer charges for electric is outrageous. It should be criminal what they charge these people with low means for electric outside the city limits. Its shameful when there are no other options for them for Forked Deer to be charging what they do for electric. But Forked Deer doesn't care. They are just like "sorry about your luck" to people. I'm sure that the higher ups at Forked Deer don't have a hard time paying for their electric bill. Shameful for a supposed non for profit coop. Smh.
