The customer service is amazing at the storage depot. Their prices were less expensive than any of the other storage buildings I contacted. Everything looked good. The only thing is the gate can be pushed open by anyone the electronics on it does not work except when you’re coming back out of the storage buildings. And a couple of the grates are broken on the ground And it maybe a tire could go in there but I’m not sure. But I would definitely use them again.

I was treated with respect .Informed of what to expect and explained to the exact cost and the pertinent information I would need to know without having to prompt for more information . The staff was nice and very helpful ... They've made a very stressful time in our life easier .

This storage facility has no security gate. They decided to take their locks off without notifying customers that they need to supply their own locks. Our locker was subsequently broken into and multiple items have been stolen. I will never use this place again. I will make sure to notify friends, family, and strangers not to use Hampton Store-All/Storage Depot!

This is why I never like storage units because they don’t know what they are doing! Paid for storage in unit 139 but they put it under 129 I paid every month I get there to retrieve my belongings and they changed my lock and ransacked my belongings! All my wedding belongings were in there stuff missing and destroyed
