Almost 40 cents higher here than the marathon across the road..and it’s not as nice of a stop. Pump barely worked and was filthy. One of worst shells I’ve ever (briefly) stopped at.

Been there several times and never have any hot foods . no hot dogs or anything. when I ask why they say forgot to put them out or one lady said she wasn't not going to put them out, they did not sell well. Very rude people. Ice price is double the price as of Dollar Store. Go to Elizabethton and get better service and prices.

I drove to this station all the way from the other side of Elizabethton bc Elizabethton doesn't have a Shell. I only use Shell gas.
The cashier doesn't know how to work the point system that's plastered all over the store.
When I want to use my points on my gas fill up..... she ignored me for upset bc I was bugging her wanting to get it to accept my Fad Rewards.
Why plaster and have advertisement all over the store. Then the employees not know how to work the system.
If I went to work and couldn't do my job. I don't think they would keep letting me work there.
I work with multiple software systems. There is no way I could get away with what she did.
I only use Shell gas...
The ppl & stations are the iffy part of the best gas to user you're earned points.

Fine but extremely slow to pay at register. Expect five minutes wait. Gas is overpriced.

Gas price gouging 35 cents higher than surrounding stores a report has been filed. I've estimated I've had to fill up twice a week at a loss of $17.50 times how many months they been gouging

the assistant manager was very rude to me all because i had a paper id because i accidentally left my hard copy in a bag i threw away. she has taken my id countless times and made a huge deal about it this morning and told me maybe i should check my bags before i threw them away and had such an attitude the whole time she was talking to me. i will not be back.

Used my rewards and transaction didn’t show on the app. Guess it was manually voided by the not so friendly cashier. Won’t be going back here. Dollar general across the street was happy to do business with me. Just walk across the street instead.

A very large haggard white haired lady told me to hurry up and shoo’d me out of the store for asking about prices behind the counter. “Hurry up I’m getting a line”. There were two people behind me who were together.

Won't be going to this gas station anymore thanks to crazy cashier berating me over giving her 32 cents in change, trying to make me feel like a peasant. She also said her supervisor would get mad and she is not taking anymore change. Wth? Monday around 6pm in case the sup is interested.
