This is the second Samsung phone I have purchased from this store. The last one was in 2011 and is being replaced by the new one Kyle got for me today. I went in yesterday and Kyle got the phone I wanted ordered and sent overnight so I would have it today. He got everything transferred and configured in short order. I couldn't have asked for better service. He deserves a raise and everyone in the store was great.

My son and I went in and were needing an upgrade on our Apple phone, we got a decent trade-in value, and the staff was exceptionally helpful! Kyle was our person, very helpful getting stuff from one phone to the other!

AMAZING! From the instant I walked in the door I was greeted and every issue was handled. There wasn't anything they couldn't answer & they gave suggestions to help even more. I called AT&T multiple times & was on the phone for hours & still never got my issue resolved. These guys took care of everything and it was easy!! Thank you!!! TEN STARS for all of them, especially Kyle 👍

Came in to get a quote on what it would cost me to switch to att. Edward and Laura walked me through everything. They are amazing to work with and helped me to understand everything. They answered all of my questions. I highly recommend you go talk to them!

Came in today with a billing issue. Edward and Laura were amazing! They not only got everything taken care of that I was having issues with, but also saved me over 200 dollars per month by trimming out different things that I didn’t need on my account. I came in fully ready and willing to leave AT&T but now I have a new store with people who I trust. If you ever have issues make sure to come to the Harriman store and ask for either one of these amazing people. I would give 10 starts if it would let me. Highly recommend
