CVS is a pharmacy that consistently provides excellent customer service. The staff are described as informative, friendly, and kind, taking the time to explain prescriptions and help customers find the right products. They are also praised for their efficiency, filling prescriptions quickly and transferring prescriptions from out of state seamlessly. Despite some negative reviews, the majority of customers have had positive experiences with the Harriman location, finding the staff to be polite, professional, and helpful.

The pharmacist spent a lot of time explaining a new prescription to my wife and helping her find products to use south the treatment.

The staff here are always so informative, friendly and kind. They took my sons script just minutes before lunch so he didn’t have to wait to get his meds. I didn’t ask them to do that, they simply told me to wait around and it’ll be done so we didn’t have to wait.
