“This is absolutely hands down the best Dollar General I've ever been to. Please send all your employees to this store to be trained properly. I'm going to assume that the gentleman working on Saturday March 22 was the manager. He was the only employee there this day. This is the cleanest, most well stocked store I've ever been in. The employee was waiting on customers & putting away stock at the same time as best he could. It was very busy as you can imagine for a Saturday. This employee was very courteous, patient, knew his job, very professional. I'm sure you're not paying him the wages he so rightly deserves, but that's ok, I see this young man going places.”

“I hadn’t been in this location in a while and I was pleasantly surprised to find the store full of inventory, very clean, and with helpful associates! This Dollar Tree carries a lot of necessities and other stuff, even some things you won’t find at Walmart or other stores! They actually have crafting supplies now too, which was interesting to me because I do a little bit of everything and you can’t always find the stuff you need elsewhere. I feel like this is a great little store! Check it out, you can’t go wrong with good prices and plenty of stock to choose from.”

“I normally avoid Dollar Generals at all costs. The one by my house (HWY 96 Lascassas TN) is messy, disorganized , cluttered with stock and overstock blocking the isles and dingy. However, this little BIG store on Patton Lane by Roane State made my day. It was brightly lit, clean, well stocked and had smiling faces. When I complimented the store to the clerk- she immediately raved about her manager. That she gives her manager credit for the stores appearance and how fun it is to work with her. @DG Corporate- this manager needs to be QC and help other stores promote your brand better and tighten up operations. Please visit the store near me and clean it up, and hire someone that cares enough about the brand and community it serves to make a difference in your NOI.”
