This is one of the better dg stores. Its clean, but you almost always have to wait for cashiers as they are busy restocking or cleaning. But they are always curtious and polite. A good one here.

I was sending back a cell phone to Xfinity. My husband dropped it off, telling the guy ok to send an electronic receipt. We never got the receipt, so we went back a few hours later to get a hard copy and were told it couldn't be done, that once the receipt was sent there was no way to obtain another. So no documentation at all. Well, you can guess it. The phone was never received and there was no way to track it. I had to pay for the phone. We even went back and had them search the locker and back room for the package. I'm sure someone ended up with a new phone thanks to me. DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO SEND ANYTHING OF VALUE.

Had to drive an hour to ship something if it had to be shipped ups it would have been a 30 minute drive. Very inconvenient

I think they did come to the wrong address, but i wish i had a package! The thought, well, don't blame Fedex... I think the truck looked nice, and the neighbors kids was happy! Good ideas are noteworthy.
