There shouldn't be advertisement for this to be on-site if it doesn't apply to all packages. I drove out of my way to only find out that I can't send my return from this location. THANKS for the added gas and time I won't be reimbursed for!!!

This location does exactly what they were designed to do - accept ready to go labeled FedEx packages for pickup and allow for packages to be redirected here and picked up if you are away from home on delivery day. Always fast courteous service when I have been in. Expecting anything else is simply ridiculous.
