I moved my accounts to Simply Bank when Putman County Bank (One Bank) purchased Community Bank and refused to make the investment to integrate with Quickbooks Online. I have been pleased with my decision. I have been banking with Simply Bank for several years. I like the fact that I know the employees at the Harriman branch and they know me. They know my habits. I have confidence in not just the bank but the people.

I do not have an account at this branch but i do at the town i live in. The phones at Simplybank i do use do not work...at all. I always call the Harriman branch because they are glad to help me with my issues and are very friendly and courteous. If you are looking for a bank with helpful and friendly people, use the Harriman bank. You won't be disappointed.

The people are great, they really are. They will help you with anything you need and are always very friendly. However, the app to check you account balance is down 98% of the time. You just kinda have to gamble with how much money you have because you can never check it with their app being down all the time. Especially on the weekends when you can’t go in store and check, and typically when their app is down their atm is down as well. So it’s near impossible for me to know how much money I have.
