I will NEVER go here again when it comes to cakes. I ordered a cake 2 days in advance from when I needed it! Well I go to pick it up (3hours before my sons party’s started) and when I get there she proceeds to tell me they didn’t have my order so I pull up the email and show her where it was all confirmed and that it was ordered 2 days in advance. She then says o yeah someone just left with that. Umm excuse what do you mean someone just left with my cake. So I them have to stand there for over an hour waiting to get the cake made again! She kept stopping to do other things and so on. Well then I take it to the front to pay to find out the cake was $50 NO I didn’t order a $50 cake I got the smallest which was a little over $30 I take it back to the bakery for her to literally tell me yeah well I already made it. At this point I’m pissed I’m beyond behind had to wait for my cake to be remade and everything so I ask for a manger. Give him the whole run down and he tells the girl at the front to give me the cake. Great sounds good all is for given. But then she turns and and rings it up. At this point I’ve been there for over 2 hours and my sons party starts in 2 hours and nothings finished. I paid left and will never use them for something important again! And the cake looked horrible you could tell it was just thrown together real fast. Id look everywhere for someone that you can rely on. The only reason I gave a 1 star was to write the review if they had a choice for 0 that would be my choice.

I, along with several others waited this evening for our pickup orders. Mine was scheduled 7:30-8:00. There were at least 15 people waiting. One lady had her pickup scheduled for 6:00 and was still there at 8:45. The manager sent a girl (teenager) out to explain the problem at 8:30 pm. That was absolutely NOT this young girls job, and the manager should have done this themselves. I don’t understand why the manager couldn’t call customers to relate that their orders were going to be delayed. It’s not the teenager workers fault that the management is operating things poorly. There were several customers that got a little too irritated at her, and I honestly felt bad for her. However Kroger needs to realize that they have made people choose pickup as there are never enough cashiers open and if they have too many orders to pick, they need to cut off ordering. I did try calling the store several times, to never get an answer. Another shopper went in and customer service was closed. I (hopefully) canceled my order, but who knows as it’s still pending. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to do pickup, be prepared to wait, and then wait longer.

I have been to many a Kroger, but this one takes the cake! Always has what I'm looking for. Always has stocked shelves. Always has employees that are eager to help with a smile. It is clean, tidy and well organized. I am proud to call this 'our' Kroger! We will be getting all our groceries here y'all!

I used to really love this store, but seeing how they handle social guidelines during a pandemic is nauseating. Lines backed up into the actual shopping aisles. Not enough room for people to move. The last trip I made, will be the last. You when you see your store starting to get that busy, you should be turning people away. Customers should also he required to wear masks, not just your employees. whoever runs this store is completely irresponsible.
