“We have only been with Cricket for a month or so but have had to come to the store a few times for various reasons. A couple of times we’ve had complicated issues and they have always treated it like it was no big deal to them. They are always so nice, understanding and very friendly. The customer service at this store particularly is unmatched. They are knowledgeable and will do whatever they can to help solve any issue you have. I highly recommend!”
“I went into the Harriman location for assistance with making a payment. I am unable to get into my online account.
I was immediately greated by an associate who treated me with the most awesome respect. He walked me to his desk where the payment process was fast and great. I asked for an estimate on a 3 line for account, as I currently only have Internet service though Verizon directly. My phone's are currently with straight talk, recently bought out by Verizon wireless. Unfortunately I am on a great plan with my current provider and told him I think I would keep what I the have for now. From walking in the store to walking out, I can highly recommend Cellular sales a Verizon agent.”
