I came in to get hot water and use the restroom and as I was walking to the restroom the lady yelled at me while there were other people around saying I couldn't bring coffee into the bathroom. I told her it was hot water I mean she watched me get it and she continued to be super rude They may don't let people take drinks into the bathroom. I have never had anyone yell at me before getting hot water or going to the bathroom. The grounds were also extremely filthy. If I could give it a negative number I would, I won't be back.

Avoid it if you can clerk at night is rude as shit stopped on a road trip to use the bathroom. We just left

Pumps are the slowest I’ve ever experienced. Whoever owns this station either needs to have a technician figure out the pressure issues, or put in new pumps. Or, sell this place to someone that can maintain this place and keep everything more modern that doesn’t take 30 minutes to fill up a tank

Stopped in for a fill up and had to go inside to pay. The clerk was a very nice lady and took care of me quickly.I noticed it was quite smelly around the pumps so don't know if someone had spilled gas, but the smell from filling my tank seeped into my car. After I hoped back on the interstate it stunk for about an hour, which wasn't very pleasant.Seems I don't have good luck with visits to Shell overall, no matter where.

Idk the guys name who works nights here but I came in on 12/23/22 and dude treated me like I was such an inconvenience just because I wanted some cigarettes.

The lady was very kind and sweet. And even through this COVID situation, there bathroom are available, which helps a lot since not from around here and have my daughter with me. Thank you. Only thing was, one toilet available, other two needed cleaned and wasn’t working (out of order) maybe Bc needed worked on or just not to have to clean two more toilets during this time. Idk. But the pumps are the older versions and keypads wearing out. But either way, I got gas and got what we needed. Thankfully, after two other gas stations next to them (smaller ones) which have a bathroom but you can’t use them. It’s frustrating but thank you for your time! God bless!

3-5-2020 @257am.... the sarcastic gentleman working is just wow.... never have I been told that a refill coffee is 1.89 for 20 oz. Because you only get refill price if you use their cup. None of the pumps card readers work, so you have to make several trips inside to pay and then back for the receipt.

Stopped here for gas and tried to use keypad and half the numbers won’t push. Moved to another pump and the fill the tank setting on the nozzle was busted. Annoying.

Very friendly associate , restrooms clean and he was actually cleaning the store upon me leaving the restrooms the cashier was cleaning the floor and again , very polite..Will return .
