They are scammers! They made false promises to provide a 4G extender, and my device has been in limbo for 25 days without being received. I placed the order because there is absolutely no network reception at my location. Every other day, I have to spend 1 to 2 hours with Verizon, which has become incredibly painful. I find myself begging and requesting their help because my phone drops calls in the middle of conversations. If I receive an emergency call, there is no reception, and my phone doesn’t ring.
I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 18 years, but this outrageous service is reminiscent of the craziness I experienced seven years ago, which led me to leave the company. Somehow, I came back, but now I have to say goodbye forever. My brother has been a Verizon account holder for 22 years, and my cousins, my nephew, and my uncle have accounts that range from 13 to 23 years. None of us are happy with the service.
The outsourced customer care agents are often talking from overseas and lack a proper understanding of what customers go through. This results in wasted time and frustration, and it feels as though they simply do not care.
Verizon has really let me down. There is no service, and I’m still paying over $400 every month. I am continuously seeking help, but they have not provided any. They waste more than an hour of my time holding and transferring my call to different departments, but there is still no resolution.

Trey definitely went above and beyond to assist me with getting a replacement for my damaged device. He was professional, knowledgeable and performed excellent customer service even going that extra mile of providing me guidance over the phone beyond store hours. He seemed genuinely concerned for my situation. Thank you Trey for taking the stress out of replacing my phone.

I cannot say enough good things about Trey. He was so kind and helpful and figured out what was wrong with my phone after I thought it would never work again. He took his time with me and talked to me about a lot of different things about my phone. He's the kind of employee everyone would want. Great interaction.

Max was so patient and very helpful. Will not go to any other Verizon store but this one. The store in Callahan & Clinton Hwy store needs to learn some manners from Max.
