Clean store, most staff friendly and helpful. Pharmacy always busy but they are very nice and will take time to try and get you a cheaper price. Since they won’t say this, I will , if you have more than two other items, check out up front so the rest of us can get our prescriptions and go home. It’s rude and disrespectful to the pharmacy staff and the other customers waiting. (One would think that this is just common sense.)

I started using this location for prescriptions recently. I have used the drive thru for each pickup. They are efficient, very friendly and helpful. I went into the store to look for a particular item which I could not find. 2 different employees happily assisted me. The store was clean and organized.

MOST of the Pharm Techs are very nice and one of the actual pharmacists is helpful and kind. Unfortunately, they have one very bad apple ruining the lot whom I believe came from the old rite aid in Kingston. She’s very rude, inconsiderate and condescending. If you’re asking a question, she will interrupt you because she assumes she knows what you’re asking. She’s been caught several times lying regarding notations to the point that their own corporate customer service has asked me to please file a formal complaint due to numerous complaints. She does not care about the elderly or their health and well being, and made that very clear with her flippant and arrogant responses of “oh okay then. Oh well.” When informing nobody would be available to pick up medication the next day, resulting in an 89 ur old woman being forced off schedule due to a pharmacist being power hungry. I hope she is not treated with the same disregard and disdain as she treats her customers when she is elderly, but I do hope she experiences the same lack of compassion, consideration and care that she shows her customers while she is currently middle aged and remembers what that feels like. Then perhaps she will not only remember that she is employed there because of paying customers, but that her job requires a certain amount of heart.
