It took an HOUR to get two sandwiches. The girl working tonight at 6:38 pm (March 7, 2024) was rude to customers (see picture accompanying review), lazy and had a horrendous attitude. She kept a DoorDash person waiting ALMOST AN HOUR while she took orders of people who walked in AFTER the DoorDash person came to pick up an order. What happened to the management of this Subway???? Look at the other reviews that have been written within the last 72 hours of this review—all of them have the same theme. Terrible customer service. Why would the owner of this Subway want someone like the young woman working tonight (pictured) helping customers? I hope everyone who has dealt with her writes corporate about her behavior as it was totally unprofessional.

Girl working was rude, lazy and threatened to quit right in front of all the customers. Only done online orders mean while the boy that was there it was his first night working. She left a long line of people up to him. While rolling her eyes and complaining then refused to make my food. Her pic is in the comments.

Walked in to order and was told they are only doing online orders, when did this start? Was told if I wanted a sub would have to wait 50min before he could make it!! Will never go back

Served me ice cold steak and ice cold grilled chicken, all because I didn't want my bread toasted. And the employees working at the Harrison TN location don't know how to answer a phone call either.

Fixed the way I asked, & was very good. I knew the young man from school. I work in high school cafeteria, so I knew him. Very sweet & nice.

Ordered online and it said my pickup time would be 11:45am. Arrived at 11:45 and it said my order was ready. Proceeded to sit and wait for over 20 minutes for them to make my order when they only had 1 customer in store. Absolutely ridiculous!! This place is the worst.

Awesome customer service from Trace. He even asked if I would like to have any of my veggies toasted with my sub. I’ve never even thought of that, but yes I do! Great job Trace!

One of the most convenient places to get a sandwich before a lake day! Super nice employees. Loved the clear Fanta options. My sandwich was perfect! BMTs are the best with no ham.

I had to cancel my orders to go due to poor quality bread and customer service. I walked into the store at 10:30 am to place several orders. I was the only customer there. There was just one person on duty. He was in the back when I arrived. He seemed a little flustered. I get it. It's too early for lunch. That still shouldn't have been a problem. I wanted to place two orders and I had coupons. He said something about them being expired. I replied, "they're not expired. " So, he starts preparing the sandwiches. I noticed the bread was tearing apart when he cut it open to add the contents. I mean, it was just falling apart to the extent that it wasn't fit for holding anything. Every sandwich bun was like that; just falling apart. There's obviously a quality control issue. As he started preparing the sandwiches I bought it to his attention. He replied he didn't know anything about it and couldn't do anything about it. That's fine. But, "A good sandwich starts with the bread." Right? So he proceeded to ask what I wanted on another sandwich. He put the meat on the bun before I had a chance to ask him to heat the meat separately. So, he just grabbed it all up and just threw it away. Then he started making another one in a frustrated way. At that point I was finished. I couldn't go on. I hated that I had to cancel in the middle of an order. I apologize to him and to your company for being such a bother. I will take my patronage elsewhere.
