Worst post office I've ever had to deal with. I've had more issues than I can count. From the person delivering our mail shoving packages in there damaging things and getting them stuck, to delivering my WEDDING PHOTOS to someone else. She must hate her job. She also loves to leave packages in the pouring rain when I have plenty of places around my home where it can be covered. Recently, I had been waiting for a letter that needs to be signed for. I work from home and I'm home all day. She didn't even attempt to deliver it. She just left the slip in my mailbox that nobody was available to sign. BS! My husband was even outside cutting grass. How lazy can you be?? For a while, she kept leaving my mailbox open as well, and when it rained, everything got soaked. Is it really that hard to take 2 seconds to just shut the mailbox? Dont even get me started on the number of letters that have never been delivered. Ones with gift cards in them that coincidently go missing. My 4 year old could do a better job.

The worst service in the United States of America. They don't answer the phone at the post office and half the time you don't get your mail or packages.

I am really tired of this post office leaving packages out in the wide open when it is raining. I have a covered porch. One would hope that the delivery driver would have enough human decency to put packages under an available covered area before just leaving them out in the rain. I had a package of graduation photos that was delivered today and left in the rain. The water compromised the cardboard package and even went through the interior packaging that the photos were enclosed in. Several of the photos were damaged by the water and graduation photos are unfortunately not cheap. Please treat your customers better than this USPS! There is no reason to leave packages uncovered in the rain when there is a covered porch area…

One of the worst run postal services I've ever had to deal with. You may get your mail ,you may not. You may get your neighbors mail as well. Only reason they get 2 stars is at least they're fairly friendly at the counter!

Got a new delivery person. She must hate her job. Crams more stuff than needed in the mailbox than should be. Throws packages in front of the garage instead of the front door. The instructions are setup for the front door. The closest she has gotten is the bottom of the two steps that lead to the front porch.

Post Office is awesome. Delivery, not so much. In 65 years, the most non- dependable service I’ve had. Can’t even be bothered to put the flag down after they show up.

In reference to Harrison, TN - Many times whoever helped me was friendly, so that’s a good thing, especially if everything goes smooth. But I’m beginning to see whoever is in charge of inventory doesn’t do very well, or simply doesn’t care to keep things stocked, judging by the last three visits. They’ve been out of a bunch of items. The latest visit, I looked at the box rack which was almost empty and uttered “I guess you guys are out of the large boxes...?” in the tone of a friendly question. The lady quickly replied “Yep, we sure are”, with a snippy government worker tone as if to say “We’ll get to it when we get to it so deal with it”. No wonder many US Post Offices don’t do very well. And for an office that it’s primarily function is to serve the public, their hours are awful, closing at 4:00 or sometimes earlier.
