As a former car salesperson, I never imagined buying a vehicle on the internet, essentially sight unseen, yet here we are! The Chevy Blazer we wanted was coming up few and far between. We only came across 3 within a day long roadtrip from us. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we knew what we were purchasing before we signed. “I was in the New Tazewell store last night looking for a cold air intake. As soon as I walked in a young tall guy named Nathan came walking up and asked if he could help. I told him I really didnt know exactly what I wanted but I needed a new intake. He showed me what y'all had and then asked if we could go look at the vehicle. I took him out and showed him my Jeep. We proceeded to try to find a fit. We ended having to try almost every option in the store before we found one that fit.We made multiple trips to the truck with parts and nothing seemed to work out. It was either to small or didn't have the port for the vacuum line. He finally found a pack of grommets with a bit in it that enabled us to attach the vacuum line into the OEM setup while still letting us install the K&N filter I wanted. We had the whole intake off the top of the motor when It started raining like hell. I figured he'd go back to work inside but he laid in there with me til we got it finished. He even saved me some money cause the part he found was only $10 bucks. Helluva nice kid who's not afraid to work. It's rare to find someone from the younger generation that understands the importance of customer service and ain't afraid to do some work. Thanks Nathan. Tell your boss I said to give you a raise. Overall....this has to be one of the best experiences I've had with the staff in any auto parts store.

“Not once have I went there and them be rude, uncaring, or selfless people. They are always so welcoming and friendly and they've always had what I needed and if I wasnt for sure on what it was that I needed all I had to do was explain my situation to them and they would help me solve my problem and make sure I got the right part. They also made sure to let me know if it wasnt the right part to bring it back for a refund or exchange for what i did need. There prices are very reasonable also. Its hard to find a store with friendly employees willing to help anyway that they can with amazing prices and product guarantee this day and time.... Thanks for being helpful to us who dont know alot about our vehicles lol..”
