“When an employee was here from out of town (roughly 2 and a half hours) and had a oil leak, I recommended he go see Glen Hobbs and have the service department look it over. Mac Bayless handled the issue at the service desk. He was able to get the technician Casey out to check the vehicle. Casey quickly diagnosed the vehicle with a loose oil plug. He tightened the plug and added oil to the vehicle. We were on our way in no time. We really appreciate the service team and all they did for us today! Top tier customer service and support!”
“I have to tell the truth I don't normally go to Auto Zone but I had been trying to find front calipers for my 67 Camaro and for a year with no luck constantly being back ordered only to cancel even after they said they can be had. Frustrated I called a specialty brake shop and they said no problem just give them 2 hours to be delivered. This I did not belive so I asked where are you getting calipers from and he said Auto Zone . So I called my local Auto Zone and I now have 2 new calipers and could not be more stoked. Sorry Auto Zone for not coming to you first it would have saved me over a year of searching. Know now I will call you guys first now with my Auto needs since you came through for me when no one else did. Slap on the back goes out to you folks thank you thank you.
