Jens place has a great atmosphere and amazing people. I have had nothing but really great experiences. My hair has always turned out amazing and so has my children's hair. I'll always give raving reviews and come back!!!!!

I showed a picture of what i wanted, hairdresser said it would be possible to achieve. I was in a rush when i left the salon because i had been there for 5 hours already the front looked good. I got home and noticed the back and bottom was a completely different color than the top. I asked for curtain bangs and got choppy uneven side bangs. I messaged the hairdresser directly as well as the actual salon, messages were seen and not replied to. I spent 180$ after tip and didnt get the results i was promised. Do not recommend getting any type of colored hair done there. Also not very good customer service. I called to ask for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds they only fix the hair and I don’t want them touching it again so my money and time was wasted.

i would give zero stars if i could. this is my first time going here and they completely botched my hair. i asked for curtain bangs and this is what i was given. right after my appointment my had to find someone else to fix it. this picture does not do justice.

I love getting my hair done here, the service is always great and I leave feelings relaxed! They’ve done a regular trim, prom hair, and brought my imagination for my hair to reality! Jen and her girls have raised the standard for hair!!

I am a visually impaired male with neuropathy. Unable to care for my own feet, I look forward to a relaxing visit with a qualified nail technician to get my feet revitalized and my nails taken care of. My experience at Jen’s Place was better than I could have hoped for. I was able to sit back and enjoy a wonderful back and neck massage, while a very skilled tech went to work on my feet. The soak and pedicure were nothing more than standard. The real magic happened when the technician masterfully worked the knots and tightness in my tired feet and lower legs to complete relaxation. Definitely an experience I will soon revisit again. Very friendly and helpful staff.

If I could put zero stars I would. They do not clean any of their equipment and I know people who have gotten multiple fungal infections on their nails because of this. Very lazy and poor service on their part.

All my friends said this place was bad and not to go here. But for convenience sake I opted to schedule an appointment and give them a shot. Unfortunately, I should have listened because they told me to come at 2 but they wrote down my time was at 1:30. When I came in they said they couldn’t fit me in and to come in another day instead of honoring the time I was told. Talk about waste of my time. I’m suppose to go on a trip and I don’t even have time to get my hair done anywhere else.
