Really if I wanted to talk to a bot I wouldn't have called the PO. The BOT keeps HANGING Up because it's not understanding what I need. Y'all keep saying not a safe place to d liver a package yet every other day I have packages delivered. It should not be this difficult to reach the PO. Y'all refused to answer the phone. I need the package. I will be UPSET IF. it is sent back because y'all to lazy to do your job.
