No stars at all, but you must click one star to post !!!! Been trying to obtain documents to settle my parents estate for over 6 weeks. They gave me a number to an out of state attourney who has yet to return a call. 6 attempts to obtain these records after a 1 hour and 30 minute drive 3 times each way, and 3 phone conversations, all they can do is act like they have never expierienced an account holder pass away. I'm the administrator over the estate and they broke the law by witholding those records that I requested, and still do not haveto this day. I feel that they may have given the assets to the wrong person, who did'nt have the proper paperwork , and are trying to cover it up simply because of the tension of my presence when I showed up with the proper documents. If the service changes , the review will change, but I don't anticipate that will happen after this review. To Be continued!!!

ok let me just start by saying people at this bank is very rude and unfriendly. One of the girls at the window is very unprofessional and not so friendly this makes the second time she was like this to us.

I would give this bank and Todd a ZERO if I could. Todd is a sheep in wolf’s clothing. He acts like a “good ol’ boy from University of Tn” then behind your back acts like a wolf. The board is so pretentious & cares NOTHING about the customer. I PERSONALLY know the board members, & they are all shallow. Good luck with this bank. Remember there are HUNDREDS of banks you can choose. I warned you. Good luck. This is simply my opinion which I’m justified to protest on this app. GOOGLE please please verify me as an actual customer because I have a copious amount of documents to prove it. I have made MANY MANY attempts to resolve things with this bank including Todd, Randall, & the board over the course of 8 plus years without resolution. Their end game was money & greed. I tried endlessly to resolve the situation by offering LARGE amounts of money to end the dispute. However, the door was slammed in my face over SEVERAL years! This is simply only my opinion, & I’m free to express my customer service on this app. This review part of the app is for me to freely express my opinion about my service as a customer. Worst bank in hartsville. When they steal over $1000 from you and give you a negative balance of $400. And when you call to straighten it out, there’s nothing they can do to fix them stealing $1000 from our bank. They are SCAM artists and the old people up there are older than dirt. I would NOT recommend using this bank!

I have had an account at citizens bank since I was 16 and I am definitely a lot older than that now. The people that work there are so nice at the Hartsville and Gallatin branches .They have never turned me down when I needed some money. I would recommend Citizens Bank to anyone. A special thanks to Ted Kelly who was there for me several times before I sold my business. Robert Thurman was also there for me. Joanne and Gloria always answer all my questions when I call, never get frustrated with me, and always say to call back anytime. I am moving to Alabama this summer and just wanted everyone to know how much I appreciate each one of you.

Wonderful. True Hometown Bank
