Piggly Wiggly is described as a nice, clean, well stocked store where associates are very helpful. The store is extremely cold and associates wear coats while working. Many customers call it a favorite lunch spot because food is so high and offers a bang for your dollars: a meat and 2 veggies for a price you can't beat, sometimes enough on a tray for two meals. The store is cute and people cannot resist it. Staff is fantastic and friendly, and it is the favorite neighborhood grocery store. It is open later than Food Land and has just about everything needed, including the rare Wolf Angus beef chili. Employees are courteous, help find items, carry groceries to the car, keep the store clean, and order items within a few days. Local buyers enjoy Chick's Fruit Tea made in Hartsville, TN.
Produce looks good except packaged lettuce. Looks like its gotten warm and then refrigerated again. Some of the meat selection is grayish and brown. They do have a large selection of other goods compared to other small stores.
