We keep having packages marked as signed/delivered when that is just not true. We have had packages delivered across the street for no reason at all when we have been home, my birthday is today and all of my gifts are missing because everything due to be delivered YESTERDAY in my informed delivery has still not arrived today, but yet he marked it all as signed and delivered in mailbox. My husband has to call at least every few months for them to magically locate our packages. It’s ridiculous. We are now missing 4 Amazon packages shipped through usps for the week.

Packages have been “delivered” and not actually arrived. We’ve had multiple deliveries to our house that do not belong to us, incorrect names and addresses. Multiple different addresses on the mail we receive.

Once again a package is said to be delivered and no package is here. We passed the carrier on the way to pick something up, got home looked for the package and it’s not here. Once again they “delivered” a package, but it must be invisible. This has happened more than a few times. It’s not hard to read the address and to actually put it where you say you did and actually deliver the package.

Our apartments is not far from the place and they rarely pick up the mail around here it gets so bad that the mail will over flow where someone could easily snatch mail not for them. I dont only see this as an inconvenience for the lock six landing apartments but an threat to security to everyone here. Plus the people who pay rent here normally gets an 50$ late fee if they try to mail it cause it takes so long. I feel like they could do alot better.
