The older white lady who I'm assuming is a manager, was blatantly discriminatory against Spanish speakers. It was honestly so rude to be like "They just need to speak English" in front of other customers. I've never had a bad experience at any other BofA that cant belive that's acceptable behavior.

Bank of America is the worst!!! I truly believe they are getting ready to close down. They will not answer the phone at this one or other locations. You can only make appointments through the website which we have done and had to make 6 trips because each time they needed another document. Are they trying to take our money? Even the main office downtown is closed! Avoid frustration, bank elsewhere. I left Bank of America years ago but my mom stayed with them. I'm trying to get her to switch, maybe this time she will see the light.

I absolutely hate Bank of America. If I could, I'd get an account ANYWHERE else but unfortunately, this is where my work banks so I use them too. I have banked here for 5ish years this round with the same paycheck every week for the past 5 years and I still have problems cashing it. Now, I just got off the phone with them and found out they won't open till 10 due to the weather. That's fine but when I mentioned a sign for all of us outside (8 cars currently) to let us and any other customers know what is going on, she got snippy. That was almost 15 min ago and there is still no sign on the door...... I wish I wasn't trapped here.....

My wife and I had our account hacked recently. I called Bof A security and they froze the account. We went to this branch to open a new account and were set up quickly. Within 24 hours we had our missing funds returned to our new account and received new debit cards in the mail in a timely matter. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I bank with 5/3 and will stay based on BOA not answering their phones at the local branches. I have tried to call someone local that I can ask questions about their checking/savings and credit cards. I can’t trust someone I can’t talk to if I need help with an account. 4 phone calls to both Hendersonville branches and 0 contact. I’m done.
