I was recently able to receive the best physical therapy, despite the terrible frozen shoulder that led me there!The staff is extremely friendly and personable, while demonstrating expertise and professionalism.Taylor was fabulous during each session and made sure to guide me through exercises and stretches while making every session enjoyable (mostly, haha!)The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and has a very positive atmosphere.I definitely recommend and I am thankful that the 9 months of physical therapy led to a healed shoulder.

Taylor is an amazing therapist who will listen to your concerns and treat the problem. The facility is clean and bright. I would not hesitate to take a family member here for physical therapy. They accomplished everything I was looking for as a result of this I am able to hike again.

The Benchmark staff provided a great plan for recovery from a total knee replacement.The challenging exercises resulted in great flexibility, quad strength and balance.You will not be disappointed with this team. Angela does a fantastic job with easy scheduling to meet your lifestyle requirements.

ACES! Brady and his crew are amazing! They care, listen, and adjust with you during the ups and downs of recovery and healing. It's a happy, welcoming and energetic environment with the perfect blend of encouragement and accountability. As a chronic pain patient, it's hard keeping faith that relief CAN happen but in these past few months I've seen progress and pain relief that I had almost given up on. I still have a long way to go but I know they'll be there to keep me motivated and give me the tools i need to maintain my health along the way. Huge thanks ?

I have been at benchmark for a few months working on a ruptured cervical disk. My goal was to avoid surgery. I knew in order to have the best shot at this goal I would need to find a dedicated and knowledgeable therapist. I most certainly found exactly what I needed at benchmark. The entire team at benchmark is extraordinary. They really know how to make physical therapy fun, therapeutic, empowering, and worth every second of your time. I am so thankful to the team at benchmark for helping me to reach my healing goals!

I ruptured my Achilles Tendon and had major damage so a long recovery from surgery. Brady is great to work with. He is patient and listens to your concerns. He is very thorough and explains what he is doing and why. I have had PT in the past and truly feel this is a far better facility than any others I have visited. I would highly recommend this facility!!

Called Benchmark after having vertigo for over a week. They were able to get me in the next day. I saw Kaley and she did several maneuvers on me and fixed my vertigo in one appointment. I have seen her and Brady for follow up appointments and other exercises after the vertigo and they are both wonderful. I am so pleased with my results

Came in with little to no movement in my feet and severe pain. After a couple months with this physical therapy I have full range of motion, no pain, and I am able to run again.I am very thankful of the staff. They made the experience relaxed, friendly, and professional every time I was in. I highly recommend this benchmark physical therapy to anyone in need.-Ryan

Angela at the front desk went above & beyond to help me! She was great & very professional!Brady Baker helped me so much & taught me a lot! I definitely advise PT (Epley Maneuver) for anyone experiencing problems from vertigo!!
