  After having a bad experience at the Franklin, Tn location yesterday.I decided to go to the Hendersonville,Tn location and Melissa was amazing. She has the best customer service and she is very knowledgeable. She was helpful and she and the Franklin location needs to take notes from her she is great

  Stephenie was such great help, they all are but she took two hours of her time to help me today with my order. I've never felt so appreciated as she made me feel today. She's an asset to Cosmoprof. I will do most of my shopping here for my business. Just knowing that the staff really cares to help. Very kind folks and i can't wait to come back for more great treatment
