Awful customer service. Messages are never returned and the people that work in the pharmacy are rude. Management is the cause. If they don’t hold them to standards, there aren’t any.

Pharmacy is really bad at customer service. Also they do not call back after you take the time to leave a message.

MISERABLE to work with. Can’t speak to anyone, have to leave a message with guidance that a call will be returned in 1 hour, and I’ve yet to get a call back or updates on prescriptions I needed last week… I called and left voicemails Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and have still not received a callback. I used the physician line today and was told they couldn’t help me because I was a patient and needed to leave a voicemail…told which I advised I’ve left multiple and was basically told “too bad we can’t help you”.

The pharmacy staff are so rude for no reason. Seems like they hate their life and job. Do something else if you're THAT unhappy! I won't go into ALL the horrible experiences I've had at this CVS over the years but I'll just recommend NOT going there. It's always a nightmare. There's always an issue that takes forever to resolve or it never does. They don't care about their customers. They are incredibly rude and act like you're an inconvenience for coming in. Never again! People wonder why I go to the CVS in Brentwood near my doctors office. It's because they are kind and care for the customers. It's worth the drive!

Constantly running out of medications, and you can't call and ask about it (you get directed to leave a voicemail & they're SUPPOSED to call you back).
The people that work there are very nice though.

Tried to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy, ended up hanging up on the pharmacist because he was the rudest and most arrogant person I have ever dealt with in healthcare.

The only way to get in touch with the pharmacy now is to leave a message and that is a waste of time because no one returns your call.

I want to echo other reviews that this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had trying to pick up medication. The pharmacist was completely rude and aggressive, even saying she’s ready for a fight.
The situation: she decided to close the pharmacy 10 minutes before the store closed and we stated that the Rx was ready and we are at the store within the stated operating hours.
We will be calling and reporting this to higher managers. This won’t end with a google review.
Take your prescriptions and general business elsewhere.

The male pharmacist today was discriminatory as well as arrogant. Not sure why he would want to be in an industry that is suppose to help people get better but yet refused to fill a script deemed necessary by my doctor (not pain pills...nothing like that at all) but for an off-label use of one of the safest, most widely used drugs on the market. His-type is a huge problem in our society, and I'd think so for CVS. CVS you are loosing money no doubt b/c of this guy. Wake-up!

It’s amazing how a pharmacy can continuously get 1 star and the lead pharmacists still have a job. CVS, pls fix the customer service issue that your customers are letting you know about.
The lead pharmacist is terrible and has a completely ‘don’t care’ attitude towards your customers which is then mirrored by the other staff.

Pharmacist is argumentative
Multiple calls left with no return calls
Cannot speak with anyone and you have to leave a message in which they don’t return
Impossible to get updates unless you go in the store and then pharmacist is rude
Pharmacist exact words in person “there is another CVS across the street if you prefer to go there”

Mary was especially helpful, and concerned about my breathing. She took me right to the item I was looking for - "Boost" oxygen tanks.
