Very poor customer service. Per the “Pharmacist” policy, they will not let a customer know if they have a medication without a prescription being sent to them. This is almost impossible when trying to figure where to have a Dr send a child’s ADHD script. All of the other local pharmacies are extremely helpful. Each month so many families are having to call around to find where the medication is available and then have the Dr send it. We are very disappointed in the response from this pharmacy.

HORRIBLE!! Never had such bad customer service anywhere. Extremely rude every time I went in.They also lost 3 of my prescriptions and blamed it on my doctor/insurance when I had the proof in my hand.

Went to grab wife's meds. Drive thru was long and also pharmacy line was long as well , but the line moved swiftly about a 6mins wait. Only bad thing was some guy had a pretty bad hygiene/odor. And the lady behind me had covered her nose cause it was pretty bad...

The pharmacist, Brandon needs to learn a little bit of customer service skills and needs to treat customers and staff in a little bit more of a friendly matter. Went to pick up a prescription and it was a new prescription that I had never taken. He didn’t say anything to me, except for how much it was, and on the package, it said to counsel the customer because this was a new medicine that I was taking. All he did was hand me the package didn’t say thank you nothing we will not be returning to this pharmacy ever again again.

This is the worst CVS that I have ever been too. The pharmacy has the worst customer service and bad attitudes toward customers. I will never go to this pharmacy again. The staff has no respect for customers picking up medicine.

This review is for the pharmacy, and specifically for Bailey. I have also contacted CVS customer service about this issue (and this same issue that has occurred at this exact location).Bailey was rude at the register from the start of our exchange. She asked my name and date of birth and I gave this information. She said "we have no prescription for you to pick up." And then promptly walked away. I said "excuse me, please check again my doctor called this in over an hour ago." She didn't check only said "call your doctor." I did so and they said, "yes I see we did send the prescription in. Can you please pass the phone over so I can talk to their team." I told Bailey I had the doctors team on the phone and asked if I could pass the phone over. She said "no I wouldn't feel comfortable with that." I asked her if she could please make an exception as this hold up was making me late to this critical appointment I needed the meds for. She said no and wrote down the number for the team to call. Once they connected she said I'd need to wait 10mins for 1 pill. While I waited I could hear Bailey and the other employee with purple hair whispering and looking at me. I am a customer who is waiting on a medication. They had absolutely no empathy or compassion or semblance of customer service.Go elsewhere.

Reviews are right. Staff is incredibly inconsiderate toward customers. *The female pharmacist with a shaved head at least is*. I came in to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist offered to give me more of the same medication so I wouldn’t need to keep coming back for refills. She said “it’ll take around 5-10 minutes.” That was at 1pm- I came in 30 minutes early prior to their lunch to be considerate of their time and now they are wasting mine. Take a stab at how long I’ve been sitting in the waiting area for simple birth control? 45 minutes and still counting because they shut it all down frantically (shut the window in front of me as I was walking up to ask if I could have my medicine…) to go on their lunch break. If it’s going to take longer than 5-10 minutes do not sit there and lie to my face, and MAKE IT KNOWN that you won’t reopen until 2pm when you realize it’s going to take a little longer. Wasted an entire hour of my time. I will undoubtedly be switching to a different location. If it wasn’t for my insurance I wouldn’t give CVS the time of day.EDIT: SHE LEFT WORK AND NEVER GAVE ME IT! I was sitting there for over an HOUR. Her idiocy needs to cost her her job. The pharmacist who did help me said she had filled it a long time ago. Guess the purple-headed hungry pharmy couldn’t wait to get to its lunch and forgot about me!

Gone here for years - my insurance made some sudden changes and it caused my price to go from 30 to 205. I was not going off or snappy at the pharmacist and there was no one behind me in line. Despite this, the tech made it very clear I was bothering him with my understandable questions and confusion. He then had the audacity to close the window in my face mid sentence while I was merely trying to figure out what I needed to do to get this fixed because I haven’t had this happen before. I was humiliated. Do not go here if you want to be treated like a human being.

Glen Oak location is on the other side of the street from the TriStar (Hendersonville Hospital). If you are coming home from a hospital visit, unbelievable how convenient to pick up any prescriptions for your ailments using their drive thru. It's never busy, I never sit in a line inside the location or outside the location in the drive thru. I have life altering health issues, so I'm on dozens of prescription medications and plenty of Vitamins and supplements I take. Never have I had a problem at this location. I recommend this CVS location Glen Oak and especially if you are using the CVS inside Target just down the street @Glennrook location. It is a bloody mess with bad management and bad attitudes from the Pharmacist Michelle aka Shelly. You can move your RX account seamlessly from one CVS to the best real CVS @GlenOak. I'm here to help never hesitate ask me any questions or concerns about the experience.

Tiffany and another girl were not helpful at all. I had an issue with them selling me photos with a line through every print. The front store associate was not knowledgeable about the photo machine and was talking to herself the whole time I was there. Very mentally unstable from my point of view and because of this I felt very uneasy just being in that store. I will be taking my business to Walgreens. I stood there for over 30 minutes to pick up my photo order that should have been ready upon arrival. After calling and complaining to Carolyn the manager was not helpful nor friendly on the phone. She ultimately was the last straw for me and CVS Stores/Pharmacy.

Sad that they stopped selling cigarettes because of possible harm but still sell booze, a wide assortment of candy and the plan b pill. All three which cause a far quicker death than cigs

My husband and I have Covid. He went to urgent care was diagnosed and they called in his prescription to CVS Glen Oaks in Hendersonville. We arrived just as they opened and he said to come back later. My husband went back at 1 pm and the pharmacist never notified the urgent care that he needed further instructions. He made my husband go back to urgent care. The called it in while he was standing there in addition to another prescription for the cough. All together since 10 :00 am he is now at CVS for the 4th time and as he pulls up they shut the window for lunch. HE IS SICK and they treat him as if he is inconveniencing them. We have Bern CVS customers for over 20 years but that ends today.
