Gone here for years - my insurance made some sudden changes and it caused my price to go from 30 to 205. I was not going off or snappy at the pharmacist and there was no one behind me in line. Despite this, the tech made it very clear I was bothering him with my understandable questions and confusion. He then had the audacity to close the window in my face mid sentence while I was merely trying to figure out what I needed to do to get this fixed because I haven’t had this happen before. I was humiliated. Do not go here if you want to be treated like a human being.

Glen Oak location is on the other side of the street from the TriStar (Hendersonville Hospital). If you are coming home from a hospital visit, unbelievable how convenient to pick up any prescriptions for your ailments using their drive thru. It's never busy, I never sit in a line inside the location or outside the location in the drive thru. I have life altering health issues, so I'm on dozens of prescription medications and plenty of Vitamins and supplements I take. Never have I had a problem at this location. I recommend this CVS location Glen Oak and especially if you are using the CVS inside Target just down the street @Glennrook location. It is a bloody mess with bad management and bad attitudes from the Pharmacist Michelle aka Shelly. You can move your RX account seamlessly from one CVS to the best real CVS @GlenOak. I'm here to help never hesitate ask me any questions or concerns about the experience.

Tiffany and another girl were not helpful at all. I had an issue with them selling me photos with a line through every print. The front store associate was not knowledgeable about the photo machine and was talking to herself the whole time I was there. Very mentally unstable from my point of view and because of this I felt very uneasy just being in that store. I will be taking my business to Walgreens. I stood there for over 30 minutes to pick up my photo order that should have been ready upon arrival.After calling and complaining to Carolyn the manager was not helpful nor friendly on the phone. She ultimately was the last straw for me and CVS Stores/Pharmacy.

Sad that they stopped selling cigarettes because of possible harm but still sell booze, a wide assortment of candy and the plan b pill. All three which cause a far quicker death than cigs

Blatantly lied about my insurance not being in their network. Got off the phone with my insurance people and they said there was no reason that my prescription couldn't be filled besides misinformation. Wasted all day looking for other pharmacists when I could have just been done but people want to be dishonest.

Visiting from out of town and needed stitches removed. Rachel was able to make room in her schedule with a minimal wait so I could be on my way. Professional, prompt and (above all) friendly! I highly recommend this minute clinic when in need.

Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait time at the pharmacy drive thru but they’re always extremely kind and willing to answer questions. I’ve been using them for 5 years and have always had a pleasant experience.

horrible experience. took a rapid covid test 4-1-22. they said 2-3 hrs they would text, call or e-mail the results. well, I called Saturday and fought with their ridiculous automated system, I finally got in touch with a person who told me my results but couldn't text it or email it so now I have no proof for work.

Sindy the lady who works at the cash register is extremely helpful, I asked her a question about a product i could not find, and she made sure she found the product for me, I also had a question regarding Covid-19 test results, She answered all my questions and almost sat me up for a fast PCR test for my trip, Thank you Sindy.

Showed up at 9pm for some medicine for my sick fiancé and the staff was walking out locking the front door. Online says closes at 10pm. Wasted my time and lost my business. Walgreens was open.

Don’t usually review but this is the third strike. They canceled my appointment minutes before it was supposed to happen. They also only sent an email and not a text which I set to be my primary contact

I worked for CVS for 3 years. I’ve never had such rude customer service (Aj). I know what is and isn’t possible and fake polities to avoid extra work because your staff doesn’t understand is unacceptable. I would seriously consider re-evaluating your manager and staff at this location. Seems retraining might be necessary
