Ordered an online pickup order at 12:30.m to be picked up from 3-4. 2:50 they sent an email saying that it was delayed. No biggie, things happen. 4:14 they canceled my order so now I have to wait 3-5 days for that money to come back while still spending the money again and having to go up there. Won’t use the dollar general app again.

I just had a disturbing experience at this location. This elderly woman was trying to check out and the employee refused to assist her. She kept yelling from a distance to scan and bag her own items. This woman didn't know how to do the self check out and this employee literally wouldn't walk over to help. So the poor lady looks to me for help so I go over there and do it for her. I should not have had to go over and do this when the employee was more than capable to be nice enough to assist. I was at this location on 11/17 a little after noon.

5 stars to Debra M. I think it was...ty! She was extremely nice to help me price check my items from clearance...after the lady behind the register said in a very rude voice tone ....no I will not! So you never know how bad of a day someone is having ...for example maybe my floors just flooded and my ac went out in my house with my 5 yr old son that just had a seizure....due to heat . Thank you so very much and yes it was 1 min to closing ..........but I was in line . So again Debra! Your kindness was appreciated

Staff very polite and courteous. Always lending a helpful hand. They have a good manager setting a good example. Best Dollar store there is. Keep up the good work!

This Dollar Store recently stopped selling hair oil (grease) products. This was one of the only places in Hendersonville I could find it besides Walnart. How shameful to the black community.

Not a fan of this DG. The staff is not friendly at all. They literally never greet or wish a good day, like standard customer service. One lady got the worst attitude with me because I said I didn't want to use self check...there were 2 employees standing right there at the registers.

I'm glad the store got an update. Still issues with uboats all over the store with freight piled up blocking shelves or entire aisle completely. Boxes unpacked in aisles that are already too small to have traffic flow in both directions. Music blaring causing your ears to ache. Love the location and all, but it just always seems to be something in this store causing inconvenience to the customer.
