This review is only regarding my experience today. When returning my trailer, I found another vehicle parked in my spot. I went to the office and connected with one of their virtual customer service people. The lady I spoke with was helpful and quick, and recognized another parking space a few down that was open. She transferred the rental, and I was given a lower rate.

I’ve had great service with the storage unit so much So that I have rented to separate units. When I call today close to closing an hours, Joe was exceptionally kind and professional in helping me move out of one of my units. I appreciate that he took the time although it was four minutes before closing to assist me not only politely but with great professionalism thank you Joel.

No security gate and customer service is horrendous, good luck talking or finding a human being. Finally got someone on the phone when I selected add a unit. See attached photo for the unit I was assigned(“climate control”). Not safe or easy to deal with, proceed with caution.
