Absolutely horrible HOA. Inconvenience residents and no communication on anything. Collect excessive HOA fee and do nothing.

We moved here from out of state and Halo was very accommodating with all of our requests. The process was smooth and straightforward. The handyman for Halo was always very nice and fixed issues that were time-sensitive. We ended up purchasing a home using one the the Halo realtors as well, Olivia DuLong. She was great! She worked with us to make sure we found the perfect home and did a good job of understanding exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Olivia as a realtor and would recommend using Halo for any of your real estate needs.

I used Halo as both a rental management company and as the realtor when it was time to sell my mother’s home. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. I have only praise.

Randy and Mark made the process of auctioning my mother’s house easy. They answered all of my questions and ensured I knew exactly what was happening each step of the way. Great team to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Kristi has been a trooper and valuable resource during the transition of our HOA from the developer to the homeowners. She has high energy and pays attention to all details. She also is just a very nice lady and easy to work with.

The residents of Madison Park Condos (Madison, TN), have nothing but positive comments about HALO Realty. I've had an opportunity to meet several of the HALO Realty family, and they are good people. I say "family" because that's how they interact with each other. One HALO associate shared that she's worked at HALO for 11 years, and she stays due to the atmosphere.I believe that atmosphere is created and sustained by the persons at the top. With that said, Danny Hale owns HALO Realty, and he's nothing but down-to-earth, yet very serious about taking care of business. He does not mess around. Speaking as HOA president, one of the best things I've done is vote for HALO Realty to be our Association's property management company.

Halo tore down a privacy fence behind my home exposing my home to busy road traffic. I now have to keep my shades closed for fear of invasion of privacy in my own home. They have confirmed they have no intention or plans to replace this fence. They also state that the few homes near the road don’t matter as much as the rest of the neighborhood. This is in Gallatin TN.

At first they were great on answering calls and requests. However in the last 3 months no one answers phone calls nor returns messages. Starting to wonder if anyone works in their customer care department anymore.

Halo is the company who takes care of our condo fee. Their main corporate headquarters is in LA. I contacted the Hendersonville Halo and was privileged to speak with the lady who handles ordering our coupon book. She was very informative. She took time with my questions. I have not been to the physical location in Hendersonville but if she is a reflection of thenir employees then I would recommend contacting them. Because of her I scored them 5 stars.

We have been renting a townhome under Halo for about a year and a half. At first they were great and we had no problems. However, they have become a nightmare. We had to have our ac replaced and after they replaced it they left holes in our wall from when they ran the lines through the house. Then, they never sent the drywall guys out to fix it. After multiple attempts of trying to contact the property manager to get the problem fixed, the holes are still there several months later. For this last attempt of communication we sent a formal email to the property manager asking to get them fixed and he completely ignored us. On the app that you send work orders through you can see if the request was recieved or not and it was recieved, opened ,and ignored. This has been a problem for us because we had to clear the area in our home so that they can do the work ,but we dont want to put our stuff back because we don't know if or when the problem will be fixed. We also had a roommate that moved out the first year of living with us and we went through the proper procedures to get him taken off the lease ,however it took them multiple attempts over the course of several weeks to get the paper work correct so that we could sign the new lease. We are also in charge of maintaining our flowerbeds in the front and we spent our own money on plants only to have them cut off by the landscapers. I understand that this was probably an accident but we have not been reimbursed for the damages. We have tried to be reasonable and understanding but that is hard to do when your problems are being completely ignored. If you are planning on signing a lease under Halo in Hendersonville I would look elsewhere.(edit) the CEO Danny Hale contacted me after I wrote this review and he was very helpful, he got the problem taken care of in a timely manner.

They will not fix any maintenance request. They have a gatekeeper named Will working in the office whose sole purpose is to well" do what gatekeepers do". He clearly loves his job. It takes a special kind of person to enjoy being the AOD. They have an app for maintenance requests where they will mark a request as completed even though they have never even looked at the request. I'm sure they do that to cover themselves on paper and online. There's really no way for tenants to refute that sort of thing. The details of each event with the are really irrelevant. Just know that at this point it's boiling over. I'm not a person who leaves reviews often.
