I’ve been going to HFD for several years, after a friend referred me. Every visit has been the same: friendly staff, on time, efficient, and an all-around pleasant experience. I’ve recommended HFD to several friends and will continue to do so.

Just moved to Hendersonville, TN from Georgia. We got really lucky when selecting Hendersonville Family Dentistry as our new dentist. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and attentive to us. Appointments started on time. We're very happy with our first visits.

The staff here are always extremely pleasant and helpful. The dental assistants are very skilled and always concerned about your experience . They check to make sure you are comfortable etc. The doctors are very interested in your care and are highly skilled. I would highly recommend this dental group to everyone especially people who have had negative experiences from childhood to adulthood.

My hygienist was amazing! She took great care of me. However, the 2 front desk girls constantly bickered about another coworker during the duration of my wait in the front, to the point that multiple people were looking up and making faces at their conversation. That’s not a great look for a first-time patient. However, I was so impressed with my hygienist that I’ll be back to try again in 6 months!

Michaela did an amazing job with my cleaning. I love this team I love Dr. Jones they take great care of you. They educate you on every step of the way you actually look forward to going to the dentist they’re an amazing group of people who really care about their patients.

We just moved to Hendersonville from Alabama and it was time for my routine 6 month cleaning. Staff was welcoming and friendly. My hygienist, Ashton was friendly and professional and so was Dr. Jones. I also liked being able to fill out my forms online prior to my visit. It was a quick and painless visit.

Dr. Jones has been phenomenal. I had quite an extensive process of bone grafts and implants —he sent me to the right Surgeon for the grafts and went above and beyond to get my implants in place. Dr. Jones is not only professional and courteous but never rushes and you never feel like he’s hopping between 5 different patients at once. And for what it’s work, his Dental Assistant Janet is the real ROCK STAR!

McKenzie is the best! I went to her for a cleaning & she did the best one I’ve ever had! She was very gentle & thorough. Dr. Kim was the dentist I saw & he was also amazing! The whole experience was great & I look forward to my next cleaning!

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. From hygienists who wouldn’t clean my teeth and instead just referred me to a periodontist, to today when I showed up to find out they double booked my maintenance appointment and then told me (the originally booked appointment) that I needed to reschedule for a different day. No apology, no trying to see what they could do. Their only answer was to try and blame me for their mistake and telling me that I would need to reschedule after sitting in the waiting room for 30 mins, to see if the other patient showed up. That was it for me and I have now pulled me and my 4 kids from the practice. Though I like Dr. Harbin (he is the only reason I have stayed with them for the last few years) I would sooner let my teeth fall out than step foot in there again.

Michaela is absolutely AMAZING!!! I hadn't been to the dentist in about 10 years, so I went in for a standard cleaning for my upcoming wedding but learned I needed a periodontal cleaning because I hadn't maintained my dental hygiene well as a young adult. I was very embarrassed and ashamed of the brown buildup on my teeth and how bad I had let it get, but Michaela never once made me feel bad about myself or judge me; she was very kind and walked me through what needed to be done and what to expect. There was also very minimal pain for the cleaning, and no pain at all with the filling I needed, which I was worried about.My teeth still need maintenance and some extra work, but I feel proud of my smile again for the first time in a long time. I cannot recommend Michaela and the wonderful staff at HFD enough!!! Thank you!!!

These people are really friendly, they have great attitudes in their work environment, and they are very accommodating. They are many steps above other dentistry offices I’ve been to, and I am happy I found them.
