Hickory Run is a community that offers large, updated apartments with a quiet and friendly environment. Many residents appreciate the spacious two-bedroom, two-bath units, which are well-maintained and clean. The location provides easy access to highways, making commuting convenient, and the neighborhood is generally peaceful with respectful neighbors. The management team, including staff members like Bailey and Kelli, is often praised for their helpfulness, friendliness, and quick response to maintenance requests. Residents feel that the leasing process is straightforward, with all fees clearly listed upfront, and appreciate the absence of surprise charges. However, some concerns have been noted. A few residents experienced issues with pests, specifically brown recluse spiders, which infest and nest in walls. While some found that pest control efforts, including spraying and neighbor treatments, helped resolve the problem, a spider presence was still reported by others. Parking can sometimes be tight, especially if residents park outside designated areas without a parking pass. Noise from upstairs neighbors can be noticeable, which is expected for ground-floor apartments, but residents understand and accept this as part of apartment living. Maintenance response times are generally quick, though residents have requested that potholes be filled. Overall, Hickory Run is seen as a good place to live with friendly neighbors, helpful staff, and modern apartments, though issues like pests and parking may occasionally arise. Many residents feel like they have found a comfortable, quiet place to call home.

John was very helpful and kind. Our doorknob came off in the middle of the night and a request was put in and John was at our door the very next morning! He was in and out and very helpful.
