Dr. Gentry, Julie, and the rest of the team are amazing! I had the best experience. They are welcoming, caring, patient, soft and any other pleasant adjective you can think of. My family and I just moved from Florida and I am so glad we found them!

Cannot say enough about how kind and wonderful the entire staff is. I think we’ve seen all the vets there, and they all give their honest opinions and explain everything thoroughly without being condescending. I am so thankful for everyone at this clinic and their excellent care of our beloved family pet.

Love taking our puppies here!! The staff are all so friendly and truly care for your animals. The remodel really makes the place look very nice and clean inside. Would highly recommend this clinic!!

Front desk person called me and told me my dog came in while the practice was closed due to construction and that we owed money for the visit. I told her that's impossible because we didn't have an appointment and we had to utilize other clinics while they were closed. She was extremely rude and still tried to convince me it was me and my dog. I was stunned. Why would I lie about coming to the vet clinic? We have been loyal customers for over 3 years.My husband called after the clinic opened back up (months later) to set an appointment. I overheard the front desk person say to him "your wife must be confused because I'm pretty sure your dog was here and got the allergy shot because his name is unique" I quickly took the phone and explained AGAIN that it was not our dog. We don't visit the vet often, so I think I would remember wrangling my 70lb dog to the back door of a CLOSED vet clinic.I love the providers and techs here, but unfortunately had to go elsewhere. Incredibly unprofessional and downright rude. Never once apologized and honestly probably still thinks it was my dog! Insane.

I’m a cat owner, and Indian Lake Animal Clinic provided us with the absolute best vet care we have ever received! They were thorough, gentle with our cat, and very caring. While price is not my top priority in selecting vet care, their service was so affordable! I cannot recommend them enough

Had to get my dog tested for a little bump on her side, the doctors and techs are wonderful, detailed, and trustworthy. I am an overbearing dog mom and this whole team is so empathetic!

My pet was having an emergency and our regular vet was not able to get us in. I called the clinic and they did not hesitate to see us. The ladies on the phone were very helpful and comforting. When I arrived the techs came to the car to help me get my pet out. The ladies were very gentle and caring towards my boy. Both vets did an exam...and out my mind to ease. It was unfortunate that our regular vet was not able to see us but we found a new vet! Thanks for all you do for our pets!

Absolutely awful customer service. The people there are foul and rude, have no issue hanging up on you or simply not caring about you, your animal or anything else. Take the animal you love and care about literally anywhere else.
